VISA REQUIREMENT

A) TOURIST VISA
i. Letter of invitation from a resident of Nigeria with evidence of Residence Permit
ii. Hotel Reservation (in place of the above) plus a confirmed return ticket
iii. one completed visa form (IMM Form) with one recent passport photo
iv. Valid passport
v. Non-refundable fee of NIS 375

B) BUSINESS VISA
i. Letter of invitation from a company in Nigeria
ii. Letter of introduction by applicant’s employers in Israel. The letter should state:
- Whether applicant is an employee or consultant to the company, etc.
- Applicant’s position/designation in the company
- The company the applicant intends to visit in Nigeria
- The specific reason for the visit (e.g installation work, training purposes, exhibition, etc)
- Proposed duration of visit
- Who takes immigration responsibility on applicant’s behalf
- The letter should be on the company’s original letter head paper and duly signed by the
appropriate authority, showing the name and position/designation
iii. one completed visa form (IMM Form) with one recent passport photo
iv. Valid passport
v. Non-refundable fee of NIS 400

C) MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA
i. Same as (items i-v) of Business Visa above
ii. Evidence of frequent travel during the year
iii. Non-refundable fee of NIS 650

D) S.T.R. VISA
i. A letter of appointment from the company offering the employment
ii. A duly signed Employment Acceptance letter by the applicant
iii. Company’s expatriate quota showing the position to be occupied
iv. Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
v. Applicant’s Educational Certificate (translated where necessary)
vi. one completed visa form (IMM form) with a recent passport photo
vii. Items i-vii should be submitted in duplicate copies (i.e. 2 sets)
viii. Valid passport
ix. Non-refundable fee of NIS 450

E) S. T. R. VISA FOR SPOUSE/FAMILY
i. A completed visa form (IMM Form) with a recent passport photo
ii. Copy of marriage certificate (for wife) – translated where necessary
iii. Copy of Birth certificate (for child)
iv. Items i-iv should be submitted in duplicate copies (i.e. 2 sets)
v. Valid passport
vi. Non-refundable fee of NIS 450. NB i-vi to be submitted in duplicate copy

F) TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT VISA
i. Letter of invitation from the company in Nigeria
ii. one completed visa form (IMM Form) with one recent passport photo
iii. Valid passport
iv. Non-refundable fee of NIS 450

G) DIPLOMATIC VISA
i. Letter from the Israeli Foreign Ministry or the Relevant Diplomatic Mission
ii. one complete visa form (IMM Form) with one passport photo
iii. Valid Diplomatic passport


H) RE-ENTRY VISA
i. Photocopy of Residence Permit Valid for at least three months
ii. one completed visa form (IMM form) with one passport photo
iii. Non-refundable fee of NIS 400

NOTES FOR GUIDANCE
It is very important to fill this form clearly in block capitals. All questions should be answered fully and correctly.
Visitors/Tourists should present letters of invitation from Nigeria or travelers’ cheque to be cashed in Nigeria as evidence of means of sustenance. They should also be in possession of return air tickets, while persons applying for transit visas are required to show onward tickets and visas to their destinations.
Persons taking up employment in Nigeria, and their spouses are to fill this form in duplicate. They are also required to submit their letters of employment, evidence of expatriate quota approvals, originals and two copies of each of all their credentials. For temporary work visas, prior approval from the Comptroller-General of Immigration Services in Nigeria is required.
All applicants should pay appropriate non-refundable visa fees into Leumi Bank account No. 221983/61 and attach bank payment receipts to their applications before submitting at the visa counter.
