At the moment the Embassy of Nigeria, Tel-Aviv, produce/extend passports to Nigerian residents in Israel & Cyprus.
Passport Requirements:
1. Fresh Passport
a).Fill e-Passport data form.
b). Application letter for e-passport.
c).Two (2) Passport photographs.
d). A copy of birth certificate/ age declaration.
e). Indigene certificate.
2. Minor- in addition to No. 1 above
a). Letter of consent from the parents.
b). Data page of parent passport.
3. Re-issue- in addition to No. 1 above
a). Letter of application for re-issue.
b). Copy of data page of old passport.
c). Original Old passport.
4. Change due to marriage- In addition to No. 1 above
a). Marriage certificate.
b). Copy of Data page of husband passport
c). Copy of data page of applicant passport
d). Affidavit of change of name.
e). Letter of application for change of name.
5. Lost case- In addition to No. 1 above
a). Copy of data page of lost passport/ passport number
b). Police report of lost passport.
c). Affidavit of lost of passport.
d). Request letter for new passport.

ETC Requirements
1). Application letter, stating the reason for the ETC.
2). Police report on missing passport.
3). Copy of data page of your Nigerian passport.
4). Two passport pictures.
5). ETC form from our website, printed and completed.
6). Payment: 100$, paid into account No.223702/93, Bank Leumi, Branch 803, Tel-Aviv.
7). Certificate of payment from the Bank.
Requirements for Authentication of Documents
1). Documents for authentication.
2). Letter from the company stating the purpose of the authentication and its destination in Nigeria.
3). Payment: 234 NIS for administrative charges to account No. 223703/91 and 66 NIS per page endorsed to account No. 223702/93, Bank Leumi, Branch 803, Tel-Aviv.
4). Certificate of payment from the bank
Fingerprint Requirements
1). Application letter stating reason for the fingerprint.
2). Two passport pictures.
3). Copy of data page of your Nigerian passport.
